Using interventions from of a variety of modalities, including Polyvagal Theory, DBT, IFS, Narrative and/or EMDR, you can trust that you’ll develop a better understanding of yourself, and develop a greater sense of safety, connection and well-being. Together we’ll find the path and the timing that’s right for you.
